Be Bold: Leading in the Future of Work with Gina Lucente-Cole

As we grapple with the question of when — or whether — to return to the office, employers are facing existential questions about what their companies value most. This presentation will explore building a remote or hybrid team; developing leaders; and attracting and keeping engaged employees. In addition, Gina will share tips and actionable steps to help leaders create workplaces more engaging, flexible, collaborative, connected, and effective.

Gina Lucente-Cole, Principal Consultant of Promina Advisors, is an author, coach, and consultant with corporate project and team leadership experience directing multiple departments in complex organizations. As a consultant and coach, her clients include public companies and private firms, as well as nonprofit organizations in business, science, service, financial, and educational industries. In October 2020, Gina published her first book, The Next Level: A Guide for Emerging Leaders, that helps high-performing professionals who are at a crossroads to examine their opportunities, develop a plan, and up their game to move forward and achieve their goals.

This event will be a hybrid event, held in-person in the Community Room at the Goodnow Library and also live-streamed via the Goodnow Library Foundation Facebook page .  The event will take place on Tuesday, Feburary 1st at 7pm.

Those attending in person will be required to wear a face mask as directed by the Sudbury Board of Health mandate.
